Wayne Dennis is a former U.S. Navy Jet Engine Specialist, Son of a Purple Heart Decorated U.S. Marine, Animal Shelter Philanthropist, Fitness Trainer, Nutritional Consultant, Patented Inventor, Wood & Metal Craftsman, Gardener, Author, Screenwriter, and Father / Trainer / Personal Chef to an amazing German Shepherd Dog, aptly named Marine.
Back in the 1980s, after years of smoking cigarettes, Wayne decided to make a change towards better health. This life-changing event took place on his 22nd birthday - May 2, 1981.
He developed a program which made it easy to become a non-smoker in one weekend. The book / program was titled, "Stop Smoking In 48 Hours."
After seeing tremendous success upon his first attempt to become a non-smoker, Wayne was inspired to present this program to "The American Lung Association" (ALA) in Las Vegas where he lived for many years. He knew that thousands of casino employees smoked cigarettes and would be an audience in dire need of help to rid themselves of this deadly habit.
The ALA was so impressed with the program, they certified Wayne as a Clinic Leader and requested he come to weekly smoking cessation meetings / sessions at their Las Vegas ALA branch office and teach others how to stop smoking cigarettes based on his 48-hour smoking cessation program.
Since then, Wayne's program has helped many thousands of people worldwide stop smoking without the use of drugs, patches, gums, or in-person counseling, etc.
Over the years he added more individual health programs to his book / program, such as weight reduction, stress reduction, alleviating illnesses naturally at home, easy exercises at home, and more. Once the revised book / program was completed, he changed the title of his new and improved total health program to "Better Health... Better Life."
This 161-page illustrated book / program explains to the reader, how the human body functions in exacting and interesting detail; yet in a uniquely fascinating manner with illustrations, photographs and a flair of authorship that keeps the reader captivated.
When a person reads a book which is interesting and easy to understand, they tend to read it more thoroughly, thoughtfully, and with a dedicated interest. Achieved attention compels and inspires participation. With participation comes success.
